Looking to install new JL Audio components in the front doors and I am not sure what is going on with the signal from the head unit to the doors/A-Pillar tweeters. The woofer is a JL 10' compact in a box I built. ![]() They are very small and both fit inside the center behind the bezel so all the wiring is short. I have aftermarket speakers and a subwoofer and two amps. I have the XLT 7 speaker system that comes with the 302A package. I can view my tire pressures on the fly and the Garmin works well. I dont have to try and figure out how to set up the Navigation. After a lot of travel and car rentals Ive gotten used to Apple Car Play, get in an go. I have found this, but cannot verify anywhere that it will also work on the 2018's: 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - CarPlay Upgrade - Ive been somewhat happy with my Stock Stereo. What I am trying to accomplish is to not cut the factory radio wiring, by using this adapter to run the speaker level output from the factory radio to my JL Audio cleansweep, then to my amplifiers, then back to the factory location where I will plug back into the connector I just uplugged from the back of the factory head unit. So, a week or so later the package arrived and. ![]() I bought A 2019 apim, acm, and fcim on ebay for 550. My truck (2018 f150 screw) came stock with the 4 inch screen and no satellite and no nav (obviously). I am in the process of gathering parts for a complete audio system upgrade and I am having trouble locating the correct wiring harness for my project. So, going to post about my 4 inch to 8 inch upgrade. ![]()
